Issuance & Redemption of UNI$
It is a loyalty rewards programme where UOB Cardmembers earn UNI$ whenever he/she spend on his/her eligible Cards. Cardmembers can redeem for any exciting reward items from shopping, dining vouchers to movie tickets and more that are available in the UOB Rewards Catalogue whenever he/she has sufficient UNI$.
You earn UNI$1 for every 5 SGD you spend on eligible purchases on an eligible UOB Card. UNI$ are calculated per transaction, and rounded down to the nearest whole number. Supplementary Cardmember(s) can earn UNI$ but these UNI$ will be accumulated in the Principal Cardmember's account. Only Principal Cardmembers can redeem UNI$.
The UOB Rewards Programme automatically combines all of the UNI$ you earn from different UOB Credit Cards into one. However, you cannot transfer UNI$ between different cardmembers.
Your UNI$ balance will be reflected on your monthly credit card statement. You may also login to your UOB Personal Internet Banking or UOB TMRW app to check on your available UNI$ and make a redemption.
You can redeem your UNI$ via:
a) UOB secure website
b) UOB TMRW app under the rewards section
c) Participating Merchants offering Instant Rewards Redemption
You can browse and redeem rewards via UOB Internet Banking. You will need your UOB Personal Internet Banking username and password to redeem rewards.
You can browse and redeem rewards with your UNI$ on the UOB TMRW app. Open the app, tap into the Rewards+ section, and tap on Redeem UNI$.

You will need your UOB Personal Internet Banking username and password to redeem rewards.
Please allow approximately seven (7) working days for the physical voucher(s) to be mail to you based on mailing address maintained with UOB.
You will receive an online confirmation when your redemption request is successful. The UNI$ will be deducted from your card account immediately. The Rewards Voucher/e-Voucher will be mailed/SMS to you based on your latest mailing address/ mobile number maintained with UOB.
There will be no cancellation or replacement of vouchers.

To redeem your physical Vouchers, you or your representative need to present the original redeemed physical Voucher with your authorised signature as proof of eligibility to the participating merchant. For purchases exceeding the value of the Voucher, you or your representative need to charge the balance to UOB Card. There shall be no refund, in any form whatsoever, if the value of the goods and/or services is below that of the Voucher.
Your UNI$ earned shall expire 2 years from the last day of each periodic quarter in which the UNI$ was earned. Each UNI$ period is calculated commencing from January to December of each calendar year. Expired UNI$ cannot be replaced or reinstated.

Instant Rewards Programme
You can use your UNI$ for Vouchers or to offset your purchases directly at the participating malls and retail/ dining outlets. Instant Rewards are not available for supplementary card holders.

To perform an instant redemption, you must present your UOB credit card at the participating merchant. Simply tap your physical UOB card at the POS terminal and choose to offset your purchase by the amount available to you.
Instant reward redemption is not available for supplementary card holders.
Do note that Instant rewards redemption is not applicable for UOB American Express, Singtel-UOB, UOB JCB and UOB Union Pay Credit Cards.
There will be no cancellation.

Cash Rebate Auto Conversion Programme
With the UOB Cash Rebate Auto Conversion Programme, you can choose to automatically convert your UNI$ into cash rebate to offset your monthly Credit Card bill.
To participate, simply complete the online application form here.
No fee will be imposed for each conversion.
The automated conversion to cash rebates is made available to Credit Cardmembers only and excludes Corporate Cardmembers.
The automated conversion of cash rebates will be completed for each calendar month.
No conversion will be made if there is insufficient UNI$.
You will be able to see the cash rebates credited to your selected Credit Card in the next calendar month of the conversion.
You can re-submit the entry with the same Credit Card to change the conversion amount or to withdraw from the auto conversion.

Yes, conversion fee of S$27 will be charged per redemption.
Your UNI$ can be converted to either KrisFlyer or Asia Miles (in blocks of UNI$5,000 to 10,000 miles).
Redemption of frequent flyer miles is made available to Credit Cardmembers only.
Up to five (5) working days
Up to five (5) working days for KrisFlyer miles and fourteen (14) working days for Asia Miles.
There will be no specific confirmation, please contact the respective airlines for the conversion status.
KrisFlyer Auto-conversion Programme
Enrolment will cease from 20 April 2026 onwards.
The KrisFlyer Auto-conversion Programme will be discontinued W.E.F 20 May 2026. The last conversion cycle for UNI$ balance as of 20 April 2026 will be completed by 31 May 2026.
For customers who enrolled in the programme and were charged an annual conversion fee of S$50 between May 2025 to May 2026, a full refund of the S$50 conversion fee will be credited to the credit card enrolled in the programme by 31 July 2026. No further actions required.
