Phone Banking
- With phone banking, you can access the following banking services via a simple phone call:
- Check account balance;
- Enquire on cheque status;
- Stop cheque payment;
- Request current and/or previous month's statement(s);
- Enquire on inward remittances; and
- Change your Personal Identification Number (PIN) for Phone Banking service.

Automated Teller Machine (ATM)
- With our extensive network of ATMs located island-wide for your banking convenience, withdrawing cash and checking your account balances has never been easier.
- Customised Corporate Unicard for different usage to be assigned to different users for better security and control:
- Customise the daily withdrawal limit (subject to a maximum of S$3,000)
- Customise the monthly withdrawal limit (subject to a maximum of S$60,000)
- Turn balance enquiry function on & off
- Free for first-time application; and
- No limit to the number of Corporate Unicards to be issued.

Cash Deposit Machine (CDM)
- Enjoy 24-hour access and convenience with UOB Cash Deposit Machines. Deposit your notes at any of our Cash Deposit Machines that are conveniently located at UOB Group Branches, auto lobbies, major shopping malls and selected office buildings.
- Deposit up to 100 pieces of notes per transaction of varying denominations (S$2, S$5, S$10, S$50, S$100, S$1000); or
- Deposit cash with or without a card, and enjoy immediate credit to your account.
