The UOB Corporate Deposit Card is a deposit-only card that lets you or your employees deposit cash into your corporate account securely at more than 100 UOB self-service machines islandwide.

What's more, cash deposits can now be made conveniently, around the clock.

With the UOB Corporate Deposit Card, you have a choice of assigning a unique Deposit Reference for each card. When making a deposit using the UOB Corporate Deposit Card, you or your receivables management staff can track and reconcile the deposited cash more efficiently. The online account statement and your monthly bank statement will also reflect the deposit against the deposit reference assigned to the card.

- Q1. What is the UOB Corporate Deposit Card?
  
  The UOB Corporate Deposit Card is a deposit-only card that allows you or your company employees to deposit cash at UOB self-service machines and branches. Each card is linked to a designated account and assigned with a deposit reference e.g. an outlet / branch number of the company's choice so they can easily track and reconcile the deposits online or through UOB monthly bank statements, simplifying the receivables management process.
  
  Q2. What can I use UOB Corporate Deposit Card for?
  
  You can use the UOB Corporate Deposit Card to deposit cash in Singapore Dollars at UOB self-service machines.
  
  Q3. What is the difference between the current UOB Corporate ATM Card and the UOB Corporate Deposit Card?
  
  You can use the UOB Corporate ATM card to perform cash withdrawals, balance enquiries, statement requests, cash deposits, NETS purchases, fund transfers and CashCard top-ups.
  For the UOB Corporate Deposit Card, you can only deposit SGD cash.
  
  Q4. Who is eligible to apply for the UOB Corporate Deposit Card?
  
  Sole proprietors / companies / clubs and societies who open SGD corporate accounts with the UOB Group are eligible to apply for the UOB Corporate Deposit Card.
  
  Q5. How do I apply?
  
  You can visit any UOB Group branch to obtain the UOB Corporate Deposit Card application form. Alternatively, you can simply download and print from the UOB website at www.uob.com.sg/CorporateDepositCard.
  
  Submit the completed application form together with an Accounts & Services Resolution from your Board of Directors (where applicable) at a UOB Group bank branch.
  
  Q6. How many UOB Corporate Deposit Cards can be issued for an account?
  
  You may apply for as many cards as your business requires.
  However, please note that there is a fee for issuance if you apply for more than a certain number of cards.
  
  Q7. Are there any charges for using the UOB Corporate Deposit Card?
  
  There are currently no transaction charges when you deposit cash using the UOB Corporate Deposit Card at UOB self-service machines. However, please note that there is a fee for issuance if you apply for more than a certain number of cards.
  
  Q8. How many accounts can I link to the UOB Corporate Deposit Card?
  
  You can only link one Corporate SGD Current Account to each UOB Corporate Deposit Card.
  
  Q9. What if I have more than one UOB Corporate SGD Current Account?
  
  For each UOB Corporate SGD Current Account, you can apply for a UOB Corporate Deposit Card that is linked to that corporate current account using a separate application form. This can be found on www.uob.com.sg/CorporateDepositCard.
  
  Q10. Why do I need to assign a deposit reference for each UOB Corporate Deposit Card?
  
  The assigned deposit reference for each UOB Corporate Deposit card, e.g. an outlet / branch number of your choice, is to allow you or your accounts receivable staff to easily track and reconcile the deposits with the bank either online or through our monthly statement. This simplifies the receivables management process.
  
  Q11. Can I have different UOB Corporate Deposit Cards with the same deposit reference?
  
  No, an assigned deposit reference is unique to one UOB Corporate SGD Current Account.
  
  Q12. How many characters can I assign for the deposit reference?
  
  You can assign up to 16 alphanumeric characters for each deposit reference, including spaces.
  For special characters, only “-” (dash) or “/” (slash) are allowed.

  Yes, you can deposit cash with the UOB Corporate Deposit Card at UOB self-service machines 24/7.

  No, there is no need for a PIN when using the UOB Corporate Deposit Card.

  No, there is no need to input your company bank account number when using the UOB Corporate Deposit Card as the designated account is already linked to the UOB Corporate Deposit Card.
  
  Q6. Will the account balance be displayed on the self-service machine or printed on the receipt when I deposit cash using the UOB Corporate Deposit Card?
  
  No, the account balance is not displayed or printed on the receipt when you deposit cash using the Corporate Deposit Card.
  
  Q7. Can I assign the UOB Corporate Deposit Card to my employee to deposit cash into my UOB Corporate SGD Current Account?
  
  Yes, as the card does not allow withdrawals or purchases, you can assign the UOB Corporate Deposit Card to your employees or staff to deposit cash to your UOB Corporate SGD Current Account.
  
  Q8. What if my employee resigns from the company? Do I need to re-apply for a new UOB Corporate Deposit Card?
  
  If your employee resigns from the company, the UOB Corporate Deposit Card can be claimed back from that employee and reassigned to another employee. You do not need to reapply unless the UOB Corporate Deposit Card is lost or misplaced.
  
  Q9. What if I need to change the deposit reference for my card?
  
  Please submit an application form for a new UOB Corporate Deposit Card and a maintenance form to cancel the existing card.
  
  Q10. What if I lose my UOB Corporate Deposit Card or the card is damaged?
  
  Please submit a maintenance form to replace the lost or damaged UOB Corporate Deposit Card.
  
  Q11. How do I reconcile my deposits?
  
  You can refer to your online or monthly bank statement and check each cash deposit transaction against the deposit reference.

Transaction	Waived for cash deposits at UOB self-service machine
Card Issuance	$3.00 per card issued. No. of cards waived for each account: 10 • Each UOB SGD Corporate Current Account will be waived up to 10 cards. • No UOB Corporate Deposit Card issuance fee will be charged as long as total number of cards issued does not exceed 10.
	Promotion • Each UOB SGD Corporate Current Account will be waived up to 30 cards if application is received and approved before 1 January 2015. • No UOB Corporate Deposit Card issuance fee will be charged as long as total number of cards issued does not exceed 30.

2. All charges will be debited from Customer account on the following month.
