As such, if any Premise Contract is prematurely terminated for whatever reasons by either party, Retailer shall be entitled to recover the Rebate offered to the Customer in addition to any other charges, expenses or fees which Retailer is entitled to recover from the Customer under SES's Standard Terms and Conditions. This clause is without prejudice to and is intended to supplement SES's Standard Terms and Conditions. For avoidance of doubt, the termination of any Premise Contract shall not automatically result in the termination of other Premise Contracts unless the latter is terminated according to SES's Standard Terms and Conditions. |
