Lyxor Oracle Series - The S&P All Stars Global Income Fund (SGD)

Launch Date:

21 Feb 2007
The investment objective of the Fund is to provide investors with the return of:
(i) An equally weighted Basket of Stocks selected from the stocks included in the following 3 indices, namely, S&P All STARS Europe Basket (SPALSTEU), S&P All STARS U.S Basket (SPALSTUS) and S&P All STARS Asia Basket (SPALADP), with the highest ranked stocks in STARS for a particular geographic region.
(ii) A combination of call and put options on each stock in the Basket of Stocks that aims to generate income for the Fund by writing a call option and buying a put option to protect the Fund against a price drop of each particular stock (the "Collar").
The combination of (i) and (ii) is a “Call Spread” where the Fund gains in performance up to the level of the call strike and is protected from a drop in performance of the underlying stocks up to the put strike.
