Step 3: Select Option 1 for Card Centre Services
Step 4: Select Option 4 for UOB Rewards Plus
Step 5: Key in your 16-digit UOB Credit or Debit Card Number
Step 6: Key in the 5-digit Reward Code
Step 7: Key in the quantity
Step 8: Select 1 to confirm your selection
