Step 1

Login to your PIB and select "Mobile Cash". Click on Add Recipient.

Step 2

Enter the Recipient's details as follows, then click Submit button.

Recipient's NRIC/FIN/Passport No.
Recipient's Full Name
Recipient's Initials
Recipient's Singapore Mobile Number
Recipient's relationship to Sender

Step 3

Confirm and authorise the addition by entering your 2FA authentication password.

Step 4

You have now successfully added a recipient.

Step 1

Login to UOB Mobile and select "Mobile Cash".

Step 2

Select "Send Mobile Cash" and input the various information required.

Step 3

Select the debiting account.

Step 4

Enter the withdrawal amount and select the recipient.

Step 5

Enter a Withdrawal Password.

Step 6

Review and confirm the instruction setup.

Step 7

The recipient will receive SMS instructions to withdraw the money from any UOB ATM (no ATM card required) or top-up NETS Flashpay Card / NETS Cashcard or deposit to any UOB bank account.

Please communicate the Withdrawal Password as well as the amount directly to your recipient as this is not communicated by the Bank for your security.

Press any key at the ATM.

Step 2

Select "Cash Withdrawal".

Step 3

Select a language, then enter the Mobile Cash transaction reference number sent to the recipient's mobile via SMS, followed by the Withdrawal Password shared by the sender.

Step 4

Enter the SMS-OTP sent to your mobile.

Step 5

Collect the cash from the ATM after successful verification – no ATM card required!

Press any key at the ATM.

Step 2

Select your preferred option for "NETS CashCard Top-Up" or "NETS FlashPay Top-Up" and accept the terms and conditions.

Step 3

For NETS Cashcard or NETS FlashPay card top-up, please insert your NETS CashCard into the ATM slot or place your NETS FlashPay card on the reader for validation and top-up.

Step 4

Select a language, then enter the Mobile Cash transaction reference number sent to the recipient's mobile via SMS followed by the Withdrawal Password shared by the sender.

Step 5

Enter the SMS-OTP sent to your mobile.

Step 6

Collect the NETS CashCard or NETS FlashPay from the ATM after successful verification – no ATM card required!

Step 1

Once you have received the SMS informing you of a Mobile Cash payment, please visit our UOB Mobile Cash page and login with your UOB Internet Banking details.

Step 2

After logging in, you will be presented with the Mobile Cash Credit screen prompting you to login with the details provided in the SMS message. Select the UOB account you would like to credit.

Step 3

Please confirm the details submitted.

Step 4

A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your mobile phone as final verification to proceed. Please key in this OTP and click on "submit" to complete the transaction.

Step 5

Your transaction is now complete. You may continue with other UOB Internet Banking activities or "Logout" to close.
