Terms and Conditions
 
1. The ticket is not exchangeable for cash, credit or kind, in full or in part and is not replaceable if lost or stolen with United Overseas Bank Limited ("UOB") and/or Cathay Pacific.
2. The ticket is to be used by the person stated above ("Customer") and is non-transferable, non-re-routable, non-exchangeable and cannot be extended beyond the validity date.
3. The ticket must be redeemed by 25 May 2012 and travel EX-SIN by 31 October 2012. Otherwise it will be forfeited.
4. The ticket is valid for travel on Cathay Pacific operating flights only. Joint venture and code-shared services are excluded.
5. There is a peak period surcharge of S$50 per person for travel EX-SIN between 26 May 2012 and 22 June 2012 (both dates inclusive).
6. The special fare is for point-to-point booking only. For stopover in Hong Kong on the inbound journey, an additional charge of S$50 per person applies.
7. Please note that the S$528 airfare is inclusive of fuel surcharges and relevant taxes, and is correct at the time of printing. Please note that fuel surcharges and taxes are subject to change at point of ticketing. Payment for the ticket/offer must be made using UOB Debit/Credit Card for web bookings. For payments via other Credit Cards, bookings can be made via email sin_ss@cathaypacific.com or fax 6336-3077.
8. UOB assumes no liability or responsibility for the acts or defaults of the merchant or defects in the goods and services offered in this promotion. UOB is not an agent of the merchant. Any dispute about the quality or service standard must be resolved directly with the merchant. The merchant may impose conditions for the redemption of the goods and services. UOB will not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of the redemption or usage of the goods and services.
9. In the event any Customer is found to have made more than one redemption, UOB may at its sole and absolute discretion reclaim ticket or an amount equal to the value of the ticket in whatever manner it deems fit.
10. UOB reserves the right to replace the Offer(s) with items of similar value at its sole discretion and to add, delete or change any of the terms and conditions contained herein at any time without prior notice.
