You can now only check for your UNI$ balance and its expiry date by calling our 24-hour UOB Call Centre at 1800 222 2121.
To make a rewards redemption, please login to UOB TMRW App or your Personal Internet Banking.
To call and check for your UNI$ balance, follow the automated instructions. Should you encounter any problems, select 0 and your call will be transferred to a Customer Service Representative for assistance.
Step 1: Call 1800 222 2121
Step 2: Select 1 for English or 2 for Mandarin
Step 3: Select 2 to continue using phone banking services
Step 4: Select 1 for Account information
Step 5: Enter your NRIC/ Credit card number/ Banking Account number
Step 6: Select 4 for Rewards redemption
Step 7: Enter one-time password (OTP) sent via SMS
Step 8: Enter your 16-digit card number, follow by ‘#’ key
