Update your Personal Particulars

IMPORTANT: PLEASE UPDATE YOUR PERSONAL PARTICULARS IMMEDIATELY

Thank you for being a UOB customer. In order to meet ongoing regulatory requirements, we would appreciate it if you provide us with the latest personal particulars.

  • Singaporeans/Singapore Permanent Residents (PRs)

A. For each of the listed cardholders, please provide the following:
1. A photocopy of the NRIC (front and back) signed by the respective cardholder.
2. A photocopy of proof of current residential address signed by the respective cardholder, such as telephone/utility bill, tax assessment notice, rental agreement or a non-UOB bank statement (within the last 6 months) only if the residential address differs from the address in the cardholder’s NRIC.
3. Mail the above documents together with the letter using the enclosed reply envelope.
OR
  B. Visit the nearest UOB Branch with the letter and above documents including old and new identification documents if your or your supplementary cardholder’s latest identification document number differs from the one (s) indicated in the letter.

  • Foreigners:

  A. For each of the listed cardholders, please provide the following:
1. A photocopy of the passport signed by the respective cardholder.
2. A photocopy of proof of current residential address signed by the respective cardholder such as telephone/utility bill, tax assessment notice, rental agreement or a non-UOB bank statement (within the last 6 months).
3. Mail the above documents together with the letter using the enclosed reply envelope.
OR
  B. Visit the nearest UOB Branch with the letter and above documents including old and new identification documents if your or your supplementary cardholder’s latest identification document number differs from the one (s) indicated in the letter.


We look forward to receiving the above individuals’ updated personal particulars by 5 July 2018 failing which we regret that we will have to temporarily suspend the above account(s) with effect from 24 July 2018.
