No. All your existing bill payment and funds transfer arrangements (including payee or billing organisations setup) will be available on the new platform. All transactions performed on our new and current platforms will be seamlessly and instantly synced.
We want to make the platform transition as easy and seamless as possible for all customers. That's why we're starting off with a sneak preview of our most popular features from August 2015, with the rest of the features available on the new site from November 2015. After that, you will no longer be able to access the current site.
You won't be able to toggle between the two sites, which means you will need to log out from the new site to access services on the current site. However, all transactions you perform at the new and current platforms will be seamlessly and instantly synced.
You will need to log out from the new site and log in to the current site, as you will not be able to toggle between the two sites.
Yes. The current site will still be available with full functionality until end-November 2015.
