To apply, simply visit any of our Branches with the following:

• Completed UOB CashPlus application form
• Clear and legible supporting documents

	Salaried Employees	Commission-Based Employees	Self-Employed
NRIC (front and back)
3 months' Computerised Payslip
	Or
12 months' CPF Contribution History Statement^
	Or	Or
Latest Income Tax Notice of Assessment*		2 Years' Income Tax Notice of Assessment

Within 60 minutes of the submission of your application form, you will receive a SMS notification to inform you of the status of your application. Upon approval, you may return to the same branch at which you submitted your application to withdraw cash.

^For CPF Contribution History Statement submission, the maximum credit limit is calculated based on the CPF salary ceiling of S$5,000 per month.
