Qualifying Period is from 11 Nov 2010 to 31 Dec 2010 (both dates inclusive). To qualify, the Principal
Cardmember must register via SMS during the Qualifying Period. Provided that both local and overseas
credit card transactions have been charged to the Cardmember's UOB Credit Card account, a cash rebate
of 3% will be awarded based on the lower of the two transactions charged during the Qualifying Period,
subject to a maximum credit card transaction amount of S$10,000. Overseas transactions include online
purchases charged in foreign currency. By participating via SMS registration, the Cardmember consents to
the disclosure of his/her identifi cation number to the SMS vendor engaged by the Bank.
